Quote Management

This feature set automates the RFQ process by the four steps approach - RFQ, Bid, Order and Confirm, which are performed interactively between the buyer and the seller as indicated by the flow arrows. The data are communicated with greater accuracy to minimize quote clarifications.

ERP Integration

ERP integration allows buyers to upload bills of materials and/or MRP requirements directly into TradeMX^SM. Purchase order numbers can be retrieved from the ERP system, entered into TradeMX^SM and copied back into the ERP system. This means PO's are entered only one time. Sales orders are entered similarly into the supplier's CRM or order entry system.

ERP integration is accomplished through the use of connector products provided by Iona utilizing XML and RosettaNet standards to transfer data through TradeMX^SM.
