Customer
Service Representative
Location: Dallas,
TX
The Customer Service Representative will be the point of
contact for incoming calls from eTrons Systems clients.
The CSR will be responsible for, but not limited to, the
tasks listed below:
- Assist clients
with the registration process done on the
eTrons Systems website
- Assist clients
with navigation of the eTrons Systems website
- Re-set client
passwords as needed
- Research
new suppliers
- Create client
reports
- Problem
tracking and escalation
- Review the
eTrons Systems web site for errors, and escalating any
issues to the appropriate person
Required Skills:
- Strong Customer
Service Skills with a minimum of 2 years Customer Service
experience
- 6 months
PC / Internet experience
- Experience
with Microsoft Office
- Ability
to use phone system with headset
- Knowledge
of GUI Interface to the eTrons Systems site for administrative
purposes
Preferred Skills:
- Experience
working in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry Sector
or similar industry

Sales
Manager
Location: Multiple

The Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing and
maintaining an aggressive sales program which includes
- Build the
National Sales Organization
- Develop
and Manage Sales Budget
- Hire and
Manage Direct Sales Force (Inside and Field)
- Development
of Independent Representatives Organization
- Administer
and enforce sales and sales related market policies and
procedures
- Work closely
with Area General Manager and other cluster management
to develop a sales and marketing business plan that will
achieve the goals of budgeted target for gross and net
activations, cost per gross additions budget, churn budget
and revenues are met. Work closely with Area General Manager
and other cluster management to ensure all marketing communications
are effectively initiated
- Manage resources
to achieve the sales plan
- Identify,
qualify and sign-up new manufacturers and distributors
- Develop
key partnerships with select customers (major manufacturers
and distributors)
Required Skills:
- MBA or equivalent
experience
- 5 years
of sales management and outside sales experience with
a distributor or manufacturer desirable
- Experience
in a rapidly growing company a plus
- Strong organizational
skills, written and verbal communication skills required
- 50% Travel
