The support

To assure a high level of customer satisfaction and manage customer expectations, eTrons Systems' global operations strategy is to provide support services to customers worldwide through the establishment of an e-Commerce Support Center. The center, located in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, will provide global support for customer service, technology, and operations infrastructure. Similar Regional Support Centers and Satellite Support Centers will be set up as the company have expanded globally.

Apart from Customer Support Services, the Global Support Center will provide web application support and database administration; implement quality assurance processes to test and verify products and services in order to meet zero defect criteria; and to ensure reliable and uninterrupted services from the host systems.

Global presence

The company, headquarters in Mountain View in the United States, has offices in Los Angeles, Dallas, Colorado, Toronto, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Singapore and Japan. These regional and international offices are staffed by Business Development and Customer Support personnel to meet the growing demands of our international customers. eTrons has plans to further expand its international presence with offices in Europe soon.
