03/21/00 The Dallas Global Operation Center is a significant building block to eTrons Systems. It will be the hub where all of the customer service and support is managed. The eTrons Systems' global operations strategy is that the center be a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week service to domestic and worldwide customers. Not only is the center a helpdesk service, but the center will provide web application support and database administration, implement quality assurance processes to test and verify products and services in order to meet zero defect criteria, and ensure reliable and uninterrupted service from host systems.
